PDF Pattern: The Mobile Network Bag

The mobile network is the perfect project to use up your yarn
scraps because you don't need much yarn and
the pattern is easy to adapt to your yarn choice.
The bag is crocheted in the round
from the bottom up as a net. At the opening
there are 2 strings that can be tied to close
the bag so your phone won't fall out. Around
the sides and bottom of the bag is a crocheted
i-cord edge that is then continued as regular
i-cord to create the shoulderstrap.

Yarn suggestions:
You could use almost any yarn, for example
raffia yarn if you want a chunky bag, or a
superfine cotton yarn, like I used for the
sample in the pattern.
With a cotton 8/4 yarn I used around

Colour A (the net): ca 10 g
Colour B (i-cord edge and strap): ca 5 g

Materials:
• Crochet hook 3,5 mm or that fits your
yarn.
• 2 doublepointed needles 3,5 mm or that
fits your yarn.
• 2 locking stitchmarker
• Scissors
• Tapestry needle
